Supervisors of Republic Waste have confirmed on several occasions that their drivers are supposed to leave trash cans back in the same place they found them. If residents put their toters on their tree lawn, that's where the drivers are supposed to return them. The same is true for residents who leave the toters in the street or in their driveway. That is where the drivers are supposed to return the toters: to the street or the driveway. As you can see, the drivers are not adhering to Republic Waste's guidelines for service to the residents of Parma.
